Our company has extensive experience not only in designing and implementing information systems, but also in the analysis of non-software business processes. As a company, we are not limited to creating ERP systems and business applications. We also conduct projects related to process optimisation.
The main consideration in our analysis is the Pareto diagram, which illustrates the most difficult areas in business processes. Based on such a diagram, we determine the most important relationships, taking into account the main measurable indicators that determine the effectiveness of the process. We analyse the Pareto chart, examining the possibilities for development, improvement or change of microprocesses in a particular area.
After creating a detailed analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of business areas, we start remodelling business processes using BPMN and UML diagrams. Such tools make it possible to visualise processes, as well as find gaps and bottlenecks. Once they are identified, we don’t offer one solution, but ways to improve the functioning of the company’s areas, taking into account efficiency, quality and economic factors.
