Our company has extensive experience not only in designing and implementing information systems, but also in the analysis of non-software business processes. As a company, we are not limited to creating ERP systems and business applications. We also conduct projects related to process optimisation.

monitorThe main consideration in our analysis is the Pareto diagram, which illustrates the most difficult areas in business processes. Based on such a diagram, we determine the most important relationships, taking into account the main measurable indicators that determine the effectiveness of the process. We analyse the Pareto chart, examining the possibilities for development, improvement or change of microprocesses in a particular area.

After creating a detailed analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of business areas, we start remodelling business processes using BPMN and UML diagrams. Such tools make it possible to visualise processes, as well as find gaps and bottlenecks. Once they are identified, we don’t offer one solution, but ways to improve the functioning of the company’s areas, taking into account efficiency, quality and economic factors.

Cooperation with PARP, GIODO and RIF

ESNC also performs IT system audits that make it possible to verify the level of project implementation in relation to its documentation. Such projects are characterised by their detailed nature. Often the software vendor’s documentation leaves much to be desired and only describes a business model without specifying microprocess support. By applying good practices and using our IT experience, we analyse the documentation while verifying its implementation in the IT system.

Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości

We also support the implementation of IT projects co-financed by the European Union based on the activities of the 8.2 Operational Programme Innovative Economy, granted by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and the Regional Financing Institution (RIF) within the scope of B2B. Projects related to EU co-financing require defence, which consists in demonstrating that the project was performed and the indicators stipulated in the agreement with these institutions achieved. These indicators must be measurable and should give evidence of the project products being fully utilised.

We also have experience in projects that have been analysed in terms of the Act on protection of sensitive and personal data controlled by GIODO – Chief Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
