Summary

The implementation of the system includes the creation of an overlay for the system supporting B2B processes, communication with partners through the IT system and Concierge processes.
In addition, it supports the sale of services through the WWW portal. As part of the cooperation,
we have audited the current system and proposed changes aimed at developing a system that was previously purchased by the company under an EU grant.

Main challenges:

  • Alignment of the process within the existing B2B system to the process in the enterprise, including sales service microprocesses.

  • Simplifying the ability to access external systems for SAS business partners.

Achievements:

  • Implementation of an access service for contractors, taking into account the various languages they use.

  • Seamless integration with the existing B2B system.
