Summary

The implementation includes handling communication processes, internal Helpdesk submissions and subscriptions for a stay at the Polish Hornsund Polar Station. As part of the cooperation, we analysed the current work model and proposed changes aimed at streamlining operations.

Main challenges:

  • Preparation of an IT system for internal communication for users with extremely different levels of computer skills

  • Preparation of a large organisation for changes in the way of communication with the Helpdesk

  • Replacement of paper documentation with a modern IT system in contacts with IG partners.

Achievements:

  • Smooth implementation of a Helpdesk system for more than 300 users

  • Implementation of precise communication procedures between users and the IT departm
